Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies
Description
My absolute favourite chocolate chip cookie recipe! No need to overcomplicate a classic cookie. This recipe is super easy to make, with no mixer needed and the cookies are always chewy and soft! You can change it up and swap out regular chocolate chips for white chocolate as well. The perfect addition to bring along to any gathering.

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cream together margarine/butter and both sugars. Add eggs and vanilla and mix.

Add one cup of flour, salt and baking soda and mix together. Add the remaining cups of flour one at a time. It will be crumbly to start but keep mixing.

Add chocolate chips.

Scoop onto baking sheet or roll them into a ball. The cookies do not spread out a ton as they bake. Bake 12-13 min.

They will be soft but immediately remove from baking sheet to cool.
